In 2009 Greenpeace International published a spoof edition of the International Herald Tribune to highlight environmental issues and draw attention to the Copenhagen climate change conference.


Studio Designtree was asked to design the newspaper. We rebuild the entire grid of the International Herald Tribune and filled it with Greenpeace content, an exiting and challenging project.

Greenpeace printed 50,000 copies of the spoof, of which 35,000 were distributed in Brussels where European Union leaders were meeting. About 15,000 copies were distributed in 16 European countries plus Canada, China, India, Mexico, the United States and Brazil.
